What are travel reminders?
Travel reminders detect when you're traveling and remind you about friends who live there. We match your calendar events with contacts to help you reconnect.
How much does it cost?
Unlimited plan at $59/year (unlimited reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, and travel).
How do travel reminders work?
We scan your calendar for travel events and match them with contacts. You'll get reminders 1-2 weeks before your trip so you can reach out.
Can I customize reminder times?
Yes! Set multiple reminders for birthdays - day before, morning of, or custom days. For travel, set how many weeks before to receive reminders.
Can I customize the reminder message?
Yes! Customize message templates in Settings using {name}, {when}, {location}, and {contacts} placeholders.
Do I need a Google Calendar?
Yes, we sync with Google Calendar to detect birthdays, anniversaries, and travel events. We also scan Gmail to find contacts for travel matching.
What phone numbers are supported?
We currently support US phone numbers only. Make sure to enter your number in the format (XXX) XXX-XXXX.
How do I opt out of SMS messages?
Reply STOP to any message, or remove your phone number in Settings. You can opt back in anytime.
What timezone are reminders sent in?
Reminders use your Google Calendar timezone by default. You can change this in your Google Settings.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Are there message and data charges?
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. We don't charge extra for SMS delivery.
